Neil Russell

Neil plays a key role in developing and nurturing business opportunities for Frenkels Calculator, our loss of earnings online product, as well as for Frenkels Forensics’ accountancy service.

He is responsible for the holistic sales process for Frenkels Calculator, from setting up new business meetings with clients (including training) to creating bespoke plans contract solutions for clients. His working week is spent with claimant and defendant clients, in their offices across the UK.

Neil also supports client development for the forensic arm of our group and, where possible, looks for opportunities to promote our services with new and existing clients.

Neil joined Frenkels Forensics in September 2016 having spent the previous decade managing financial loss claims for another well-known forensic accountancy practice.  He is highly experienced in dealing with fast track cases having settled over 3,000 loss of earnings claims for various UK insurers.

Neil has over 20 years industry experience working in various claims based roles and has also worked overseas as a Business Interruption Loss Adjuster for a national loss adjusting practice.

He provides both remote and on-site training to clients who use our Frenkels Calculator service.  He also offers technical advice and support to claims handlers and fee earners who require assistance with any fast track cases.
