Vitek Frenkel FCA

Vitek joined Frenkels Forensics in 2007 having qualified with Deloitte in 2004.  He became a Partner in 2010 and since then has been involved in over 600 cases across a broad range of issues including Personal Injury, Commercial Disputes and Fraud Investigations.

Vitek is responsible for the majority of the Personal Injury work that the firm carries out and is regularly instructed to prepare reports relating to loss of earnings, loss of profits, pension losses and loss of dependency.  Vitek accepts instructions from Claimants, Defendants and as a Single Joint Expert. He regularly attends Court as an expert witness and has given evidence under cross-examination on numerous occasions.

Vitek is a member of the Academy of Experts and is accredited as an expert by APIL.

He was recently appointed to the editorial board for Facts and Figures, published by Sweet and Maxwell.  He regularly provides seminars to litigators across the country, on matters relating to loss of earnings claims, loss of dependency claims and pension losses.

As well as being in charge of our marketing strategy, Vitek is a founding partner of Frenkels Calculator and is very involved in the development of the website.
