Vitek joined Frenkels Forensics in 2007 having qualified with Deloitte in 2004. He became a Partner in 2010 and since then has been involved in over 1,200 cases across a broad range of issues including Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence, Commercial Disputes and Fraud Investigations.
He heads up the firm’s Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence department and is regularly instructed to prepare reports relating to loss of earnings, pension losses and loss of dependency. Vitek accepts instructions from Claimants, Defendants and as a Single Joint Expert. He regularly attends Court as an expert witness and has given evidence under cross-examination on several occasions.
Vitek is a member of the Academy of Experts and is accredited as an expert by APIL.
He is also on the editorial board for Facts and Figures, published by Sweet and Maxwell. He regularly provides seminars to legal professionals across the country, on matters relating to loss of earnings claims, loss of dependency claims and pension losses.
