At Frenkels Forensics we have many years of experience in providing services to solicitors, barristers, businesses and private individuals across the UK in all types of divorce matters.

We assist with investigating one party’s financial disclosure in a Divorce investigation, for accuracy and completeness.

It is often the case that having looked at the documents disclosed such as bank statements, we discover links to other assets that have not previously been disclosed which can then be queried by instructing solicitors.

We also investigate using publicly available data such as Companies House listings and the Land Registry in order to ascertain whether assets have not fully been disclosed. Examples include us discovering that a spouse had managed to hide a number of companies in which he had a substantial shareholding worth large sums of money.
