Negotiation of Settlements

At Frenkels Forensics we have many years of experience in providing services to solicitors, barristers, businesses and private individuals across the UK in all types of divorce matters.

When one spouse has assets with high values, for example shareholdings in a number of companies, it is important that the settlement takes account of all the details.  We can also assist at an early stage if the parties are willing to take part in the collaborative process in reaching an early settlement without the need to take the matter to the Family Court. Vivian Cohen FCA, who deals with the majority of our matrimonial work, is an accredited member of Resolution.

We assist the parties in trying to reach an equitable settlement, in what is often a challenging and hostile environment.
