Personal Injury Claims Fuel Rise in Insurance Premiums

Rising personal injury claims and insurance fraud have caused an increase in the cost of insuring a car in Britain. Premiums rose by 5.6% in the last quarter and by 14% when compared to last year.

According to the AA personal injury claims topped £9.6 billion last year and fraud cost the industry £1.9 billion.
