Bill White joined Frenkels Forensics in October 2025 having previously been a director in the forensic department at RSM (formerly Baker Tilly).

He has considerable experience in many aspects of forensic accounting including Commercial and Matrimonial disputes, which are the areas in which he specialises (particularly in contentious valuations and expert determination cases), as well as in Personal Injury and Criminal cases.
His experience covers many industry sectors including manufacturing, wholesale, retail, transportation, accommodation and food services, finance and insurance, real estate, professional services, education, and health.
His expertise in his specialist areas includes:
Commercial Disputes
Bill has extensive experience of a wide variety of commercial disputes such as:
- Transaction related matters, including breach of warranty/misrepresentation claims and completion accounts and earnout disputes
- Claims relating to alleged breaches of many types of contract
- Business interruption/loss of profits claims
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Security for costs applications
- Accountancy related professional conduct challenges
- Indemnity claims
He has acted in a variety of expert determinations, including appointments under the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales’s President’s Appointment Scheme, and including providing advice to parties engaged in expert determinations.
Divorce Matters
Bill has extensive experience of providing advice and expert opinions (including as a SJE) on valuations of businesses owned by one or both of the spouses and on other related aspects such as the tax consequences of a sale. He has also assisted in compiling information to be entered on Form E and in reviewing Form Es to assist in assessing what, if any, further enquiries are required.
He is aware of the valuation related issues peculiar to the Family Court that can sometimes arise as it conducts its section 25 exercise of determining what, in all the circumstances, is “fair”.
Bill considers that, regardless of the nature of the underlying dispute, correctly working out the answer(s) to the question(s) asked of an expert is only a first step in any forensic assignment and that it is essential that the advice and opinions he provides are readily understandable by the parties and their advisers and, where relevant, the Court. He concentrates on providing written advice, reports, contributions to experts’ joint statements, and oral explanations that accomplish this. This approach extends to expert determinations in cases where a reasoned determination is to be given.
Bill has provided expert witness evidence in The County Court, The High Court, The Crown Court and the Planning Inspectorate.
Bill has provided training to solicitors and other professionals on topics such as how to interpret financial statements and the basics of valuation.
