In the press Claiming for loss of earnings

Vitek Frenkel was invited to pen a timely article for Modern Insurance Magazine (issue 35) on loss of earnings claims – generally considered something of a grey area and an aspect of claims handling that many personal injury professionals will readily admit they struggle with.

Vitek‘s article addresses some of the reasons many lawyers toil with these cases and offers some advice.
